Event Organizer

Server

The Ipanema ticketing server gives you the possibility to host your own ticketing server as in-house system. It also enables you to easily integrate the server into an existing ticketing network in your area.

Ipanema ticketing servers are built on Microsoft SQL database servers. The ticketing server application manages the access to the SQL data bases. Therefore, no direct access from the clients is necessary. This also keeps your costs to a minimum as only one SQL server license is needed per ticketing server. Another advantage of this architecture is the optimisation of the transferred data volume that speeds up the system.

Seating Plan and Ticket Editor

The seating plan editor enables users to create graphical event seating plans. These plans are integrated into the system and box office users can recall the data.

Access Control

Yak Acces Control enables your staff to validate the tickets at the entrance of your events. The system recognises barocodes printed on the ticktes, print@home technoloy as well as mobile tickets that have been directly sent to the mobile phones of your customers. The verification can be done online (connected to the ticketing server) or offline after the import of valid ticket keys.

The barcodes can be printed on different media:

• On normal tickets
• On print@home tickets that the customers print
• On batches e.g. as seasonal tickets
• As 2D barcode on mobile phones

Debit Notes

Today DTA is the standard format for debits at nearly all financial institutions in Germany. The Ipanema debit export module gives you the possibility to export all tickets that have been sold with a certain mode of payment to a DTA file. This file can be transferred to your bank by electronic banking software. Several control documents and listings give you an overview of your exports.
