Also new and completely integrated is a CRM module (CRM stands for customer relationship management). This up-to-date module offers marketing and customer loyalty for your company. Additionally new is the basic ticketing module, so that you can offer your customers, for example, mobile tickets. This means that the tickets are directly sent to your mobile phone.
